The DNMG150604 CS5225 series carbide turning inserts have a Rhombic 55° shape and a Negative insert geometry. The CS5225 chipbreaker is designed for Medium applications and ideal for P15-P35 Steel. Sangeo’s range of turning inserts are made from a fine micrograin carbide substrate for excellent toughness and performance.
- CS5225 is the first recommended grade for general machining with the use of high toughness substrate and coating layer with improved welding/chipping resistance
